I am sorry, but I have been focusing on my kids. A lot of things have been placed in the back seat. I am one of those types of people that puts my children’s dreams before my own.

Here is just a tiny sample of what is going on.

I am still here and I am still involved in my speaking projects. I just working with my son and others to be good riders. They also have a website http://www.reddustriders.com as well as they have a YouTube channel. If you watch the video you can subscribe and be told when new videos are put up.

School holidays are almost over and life will somewhat return to normal. I will also hope to get back to this site and put up some new information that is evidence-based and proven by peer review. Until then please be safe and take care of yourself.
